This home is conveniently located right across from the boardwalk, providing easy access to the beach and making it a lovely location for you and your family. Tee off on the roaming verdant land of Turtle Point Golf Course with your friends against the backdrop of the gorgeous ocean. Take a day trip to the Angel Oak Tree, a historical site dedicated to the 60-foot-tall tree.
Take a wonderful stroll on the various hiking trails nearby or take your bike around the island and see all the sights it has to offer. Just across the street lies the Golf Club, another stunning course where you and your friends can clank drinks on the Veranda in style. Right outside the gates at your fingertips is Freshfields Village, where you can enjoy its dining and open-air shopping. Treat the family to a boat ride from Bohicket Marina or spend your happy hour jamming out to live music as the sun sets over the marina.
Your home awaits you once you've had your fill of the day, complete with all the amenities you'll need in order to rest and relax. The main foyer area boasts a spacious living area with massive 65-inch TV and a sectional couch for your convenience. You'll have your choice of cooking up something delicious in the full kitchen or throwing some patties onto the grill for some classic American barbecue. Gather around the glass dining room table or bring the food out to the massive deck area outside. Enjoy the calming ambiance as you sip on some thirst-quenching drinks and play with a deck of cards around sunset. Both king-sized bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) have their own desks in case you need to get some work done, and a fifth sleeping area with a sleeper sofa is also available in case you need some extra space.

There are only three vehicles allowed at this property. Your reservation has been processed by default for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will be an additional charge of $40 plus applicable processing fees per vehicle per stay.
Important Things to Know:
This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
