This luxury Isle of Palms vacation rental is an iconic second-row coastal sanctuary on Isle of Palms offering breathtaking ocean views from both the second and third floors, direct beach access across the street, and a level of seclusion rarely found -- with no public beach parking anywhere surrounding the home. This one-of-a-kind location provides exceptional privacy, yet is just steps from the sand and Atlantic surf. Designed by renowned architect Carl McCants and meticulously furnished with designer pieces from Restoration Hardware, Serena & Lily, Frontgate, and Pottery Barn. The heart of the home is a show-stopping chef's kitchen on the second floor, complete with top-of-the-line Viking appliances, an 8-burner dual-fuel range, double ovens, a Blanco farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, prep island, and dual-zone wine and beverage centers a dream setup for both everyday living and elevated entertaining. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into expansive living and dining spaces, surrounded by natural light and Ipe decks that blur the line between indoors and out.
Second-floor primary suite is a retreat unto itself, complete with a king bed, huge flat screen TV, private office and sitting area, custom walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite with a soaking tub, rainfall shower, dual vanities, and elegant coastal details.
Five additional bedroom suites on the main level each include private en-suite baths with oversized, dual-head showers, providing luxurious comfort and privacy for guests. Four of the bedrooms on this level have king beds, while the fifth bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds. Also on this level: a fully equipped media/game room featuring a bar, two beer taps, and Golden Tee golf, all with direct access to the pool deck. (FYI, Beer taps are disconnected). An infinity-edge saltwater pool anchors the backyard, surrounded by synthetic turf for a lush, low-maintenance lawn, multiple lounging zones, and two outdoor showers. The expansive decking provides the perfect setting for dining al fresco or relaxing with panoramic ocean breezes. Brazilian cherry hardwood floors (recently refinished), metal roof, shiplap accents, elevator, 4-6 car garage, two Rinnai tankless water heaters for endless hot water, minutes from the heart of downtown Charleston, and close to world-class golf, boating, and fine dining, this is truly the pinnacle of Lowcountry luxury living.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
