Located enviably close to the world-renowned Ocean Course, the exquisite cedar-shingle home at 60 Ocean Course Drive was impeccably constructed with fine finishes and details, from the gorgeous white casing and trim, to the window-lined staircase with its delicate iron balustrade to the wide-plank, dark-stained hardwood flooring that extends through all three levels. Step into the sunlit, two-story foyer, and you’ll discover an airy, high-ceiling interior streaming with natural light.

On the first level, you’ll find the spacious living room with its full bar, and library nook of rich wood; a separate sunlit dining room; a white, windowed kitchen with center island open to a breakfast room with its own fireplace and sundeck; and a study with built-in library bookshelves and fireplace. Ascend to the second level to explore the spacious master bedroom with its two walls of windows and bath with pristine standalone soaking tub, his and hers vanities and walk-in closets, and generously sized separate shower. Completing this level are a stair-top loft space, two ensuite guest bedrooms, and laundry room. The top level is spectacular with a window-lined home office/game room. Each enjoys its own third-story balcony overlooking the stunning views of the serene lagoon and vast marsh.

Main house: 3 king bedrooms and a double bedroom
Guest house: 1 king bedroom, bedroom with a queen and an xl twin (share a bathroom and small living space)

Pool can be heated for an additional $225 per day (four day minimum required).

No smoking, no pets, and no events will be permitted, no exceptions.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
