The interior has undergone a complete renovation, featuring 7-inch engineered oak plank flooring throughout, new cabinetry, shiplap accent walls, and all new interior and exterior doors, trim, and hardware. The beautifully updated kitchen includes new appliances, highlighted by a Miele refrigerator/freezer, and flows seamlessly into the bright, open living area. Both bedrooms and baths have been fully refreshed, and the villa is equipped with new furniture, beds, and bedding, making it feel like an entirely new home. Enjoy peaceful lagoon views from the screened porch, where all screens have been recently replaced, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind. Ideally situated: 10-minute walk to the beach 3-minute walk to Turtle Point Golf Course and Tomasso's Restaurant and a 10-minute walk to The Sanctuary, offering restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment.
No pets/animals of any kind or smoking of any kind, there are absolutely no exceptions to these rules.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $200 to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc (the credit amount is based on length of stay). Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
