The spacious deck with a plunge pool offers plenty of space for family and friends to relax and enjoy the marsh views and ocean breezes. The well-designed floor plan flows effortlessly from room to room and connects to the outdoors through oversized windows and glass doors that open out to the rear deck and screened porch. Featuring a vaulted ceiling, raised hearth stone fireplace and wide plank hardwood floors, with access to the deck and screened porch, the great room is open to the kitchen and separated from the family room by a wet bar with beverage refrigerator. The gourmet kitchen offers high end appliances, including a Wolf gas range and Sub Zero refrigerator. There is ample storage, kitchen prep space and a dining area with windows looking out over the marsh.
The first-floor primary suite offers access to the deck and plunge pool, marsh views and a luxurious bathroom with zero entry shower and soaking tub. The second level features a large bedroom which can function as another primary suite and includes a king bed, large desk with docking station, and an oversized walk-in closet. The third level features a guest room with a queen bed, twin lofted bunk, en suite bathroom, and sliding doors to a private deck overlooking the marsh and ocean. Across the hallway is a cozy room with twin bed, perfect for children. This gorgeous home was renovated using luxurious finishes, refined materials and bespoke craftsmanship. Other notable highlights include: Ipe porch and deck, stainless cables on the deck, laundry room with custom cabinets, farmhouse sink & quartz counter, an outdoor shower, EV charging station, large gas grill and Ooni pizza oven, fire pit, and large outdoor dining space.
Guests of Seabrook Island enjoy their getaway in a serene, natural, private ocean-side community with ultimate security, world-class amenities and a life of social and sporting abundance. Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Located between Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island, Freshfields Village is an impressive spot for shopping, fine and casual dining, convenient services and family-friendly outdoor events.

Also located on the island proper are Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina. Freshfields Village is a unique town center mix of shopping, dining and service establishments in a stylish and relaxed outdoor environment between Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island. Bohicket Marina is home to 200 wet slips, 90 dry storage slips and a quaint market with wonderful restaurants and shops.
Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access is available, must pre-register for access at least two days prior to arrival as Seabrook has a cashless club system (additional fees for use of the facilities (dining cost, indoor pool access fee, classes, tee times, etc.).
Gate Pass and Parking: Max number of vehicles is 3 (including LSVs), no parking on grass, landscape, or roadways. There is a $50 charge per vehicle pass.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool.
