Jake has to be one of the best host available! We had to change our trip with only a 1 hour notice before arriving to Charleston due to the first AIRBNB host AC not working in her home. Jake accepted us right away and we were met by his amazing cleaning crew when we arrived. The location is perfect if you're visiting Charleston. They're 3 floors and each have a phenomenal view of the water. The place was clean and felt like home. This has to be one of the best spots in Charleston and I strongly recommend it to small or large groups! Top Golf is across the street, along with Tanger Outlets.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. The space was nice, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay – including fast WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. We absolutely loved the waterfront view from the patio. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet just a short walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and attractions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Whether you're traveling for work, a quick getaway, or an extended trip, I’d absolutely recommend this place.
