The area around this Wander is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including deers, bears, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The Blue Ridge Mountain Club community offers renter access to a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, spa, fire gardens, pickleball courts, UTV trails, hiking and mountain biking trails, and more. You may check out the facilities available on the website here.

While there is currently no daily club amenity usage fee, this is subject to change. Guests can also rent UTVs, sports equipment, and trainers.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home is situated in a gated community, and check-in hours at the north gate are limited to before 9 PM. To gain access, online registration with the community association is required at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Please plan your estimated time of arrival (ETA) accordingly.

North Carolina and Blue Ridge Mountain Club laws prohibit bringing your own alcoholic beverages to the following community common areas: Lookout Grill, Jasper House, Watson Gap Pavilion, Meadow's pool area and associated lawns, and the firepit gardens

The exception to this is bringing wine to the Lookout Grill or Jasper House, in which case, there is a nominal corkage fee.

Alcohol is available for purchase at the facilities.
