Flagler Beach is an oceanfront home, and due to its proximity to the ocean—especially during hurricane season (June through December, with peak activity in September and October)—the windows may occasionally appear hazy or sticky. Please note that the windows are thoroughly cleaned after each guest checkout; however, if there is a gap between stays, some salt residue or film may accumulate in the meantime.

The pool and spa receive regular maintenance on Wednesdays, though the service does not follow a set time. This will not interrupt your visit and is for maintenance purposes only.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.

Sea Turtle Nesting Season
The sea turtle hatching season runs from August through October. Sea turtles can mistake artificial lights for the moon, which can disrupt their natural behavior. To comply with local county laws, we kindly ask that you turn off all outdoor lights at night during this period.

Please note that fines may be issued by the county for non-compliance. Wander will not be held liable for any penalties incurred.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $75/day fee for pool heating. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
