Wander Healdsburg Oasis

The pool is available year-round. It is naturally warm from May to October, but can be heated for $150 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The minimum age to book this home is 25 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 people, not including children under 3. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above at any point to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

There may be poor cell coverage in the area. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Once connected to the WiFi, your text messages and phone call quality will improve.

The area is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including turkey, deer, rabbit, fox, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone.

Please use caution and do not touch wildlife. Be mindful of shutting doors to keep rodents and flies out of the house. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
