This five suite, dog friendly home sleeps up to 24 guests, making it the perfect haven for multi generational families or large groups seeking a relaxing island escape. With a private pool and spa (heating available for an extra fee), breathtaking marsh views, and thoughtfully designed spaces for gathering, this home was built for making memories with the people who matter most.
Inside, the open concept living area invites the whole group to gather, with stunning marsh views, a sleek 72 inch Smart TV, and plush seating designed for togetherness after a day at the beach. The gourmet kitchen caters to every culinary whim, featuring a gas range, wine fridge, and Ninja air fryer, with a dining table that seats eight plus additional seating for four at the island, so no one misses out on the conversation.
Each of the five bedrooms offers its own private ensuite retreat. The first floor king suite provides an easy, accessible option, while the second floor features two more bedrooms, including a queen suite with a private balcony and a king suite with a jet tub and scenic views. On the third floor, a bunk room with two full bunks and two full beds offers its own private balcony, while a fifth bedroom doubles as the ultimate game room retreat, complete with bunk beds, an additional full bed, a PS5, arcade games, and a sleeper sofa, a favorite hangout for kids and teens alike.
The true highlight of this home is its private outdoor oasis. Start the morning on the deck overlooking the marsh, cool off in the private pool and spa, or gather for a barbecue at the expansive dining area with a propane grill. Beach carts and chairs are included, making beach days effortless from the moment you step outside.

✓ The total number of vehicles allowed is 8. 6 are allowed in the driveway, and 2 are in the garage.
✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on the street, grass, or pine straw.
✓ The private pool is 7' X 18' with a 5' diameter spa.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ The Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please order pool & spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
✓ Luggage Elevator, while not ADA-compliant, is useful for luggage and avoiding stairs. PLEASE NOTE: the elevator is temporarily out of order. We are working on a repair plan and time right now.
✓ Minimum age to book this property is 25.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
