POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING: The private pool and spa (pool heat available in colder months) create a true backyard retreat, surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, comfortable lounge seating, and a spacious patio perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The main-level primary suite offers exceptional convenience and privacy, while the upstairs guest suites (2 King rooms and 2 double Queen rooms) provide generous accommodations for families and groups. The separate carriage house creates even more flexibility, offering 2 Twin beds, a spacious sectional seating area, kitchenette, and full bath.

HOW FAR TO THE BEACH: You can bike to the beach in about 10 minutes, or parking at the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day - Mid March. From mid-March through the end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through March, everyone may park at the Beach Club.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: Created for guests who truly enjoy cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is every chef's dream. Premium Sub-Zero refrigeration, a professional gas cooktop, generous workspace, butler's pantry, and exceptional cookware make preparing everything from casual breakfasts to holiday feasts a pleasure. Three coffee options—including traditional drip, Keurig, and Nespresso Vertuo machines with coffee pods provided—ensure every morning begins exactly as you like it.

POOL HEAT: The private pool and spa may be heated with propane and perform efficiently throughout the year. Pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee of $850 for the first day and $300 for each additional day during March through May and September through November. Winter rates are available upon request.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Guests may cancel up to sixty-one (61) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
