This elegant 7-bedroom home offers spacious accommodations for a big group without compromising personal space, tucked into a tranquil corner of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Unwind in the inviting indoor-outdoor living space, complete with brand-new modern furnishings and four separate living areas to spread out, while a private heated pool, fire pit, and half mile walk to the beach round out the experience. Whether you're planning a golf trip with friends or a multi-family getaway, 37 Sea Lane has room for everyone to come together and still find their own space.
Step onto the first floor and into an open concept living area that serves as the heart of the home, with a cozy sectional, decorative fireplace, and large Smart TV framed by floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and pool. Just off the kitchen, a second cozy living space offers fairway views and a quiet spot to unwind, while a private office with a sleeper sofa adds flexible space for remote work or extra guests. Down on the ground floor, two more family rooms, one on each side of the home, give kids and adults alike their own retreat for gaming, movies, or slumber parties. The eat-in kitchen and adjoining formal dining room make mealtime easy, with the kitchen table seating 8, five more seats at the bar, and the formal dining table seating another 8, so the whole group can gather together.
The first floor holds two luxurious primary suites, each with a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom, along with two more versatile bedrooms nearby, a queen room and a twin room, that share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Down on the ground floor, the home splits into two separate wings, each designed to give families or groups of kids their own private corner. The left wing holds a queen bedroom with its own Smart TV alongside a bunk room outfitted with four twin beds, ideal for kids or teens, and the two share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower just steps away. Across on the right wing, a second bunk room with four twin beds and a Smart TV offers a mirror image retreat, with its own nearby hall bathroom and a convenient half bath rounding out the space. The layout means each wing functions almost like its own private suite, perfect for multi-generational groups or families who want their kids close by but still have a little separation.
Step out onto the expansive deck, an entertainer's dream with ample seating and a full grill station leading down to the heated pool and backyard beyond. Challenge friends or family to a game of cornhole, or let the kids enjoy the open grassy space to run and play. After a day of island adventures, gather around the gas fire pit with serene views of the golf course, the perfect way to wind down and share stories from the day.
Guests of 37 Sea Lane enjoy a golfer's paradise, with three world class courses just outside the door and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center nearby. A half mile leisure trail leads straight to 12 miles of sandy white beach, and when you're ready to venture further, Shelter Cove, Coligny Plaza, and Harbour Town are all a short drive away for dining and shopping.
