✓ The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
✓ Quiet hours enforced by the Town of Hilton Head Island between 10 PM - 7 AM.
✓ The pool is not heated and does not include safety equipment; swim at your own risk.
✓ The minimum rental age is 25.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60lb or less, or 2 dogs where their combined weight does not exceed 100lbs is allowed. There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 for up to 2 dogs.
✓ The fireplace is not for guest use due to liability.
