Lastly, on the second floor, another living space has a cozy sectional and Smart TV.

✓ Pool and spa heating is available for $100/day. Please order pool & spa heating ahead of time to make it ready for your arrival. Heating depends on nighttime temperatures.
✓ Contact the host to order pool heat in advance, as it takes time to bring it up to temperature.
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
