Quiet and dark sky hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please avoid noise during this time, and do not leave outdoor lights on past 10 PM.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book this home.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Gate passes are required for all vehicles to park at the property. One weekly pass is already included with your stay. Additional passes are available for $19 per vehicle per week if pre-ordered. For same-day purchase, passes can be bought from any Sea Pines main gate for about $21.

Day passes to Sea Pines are available to be purchased at both Sea Pines gates for about $9.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

All service animal requests for exception must be disclosed and screened ahead of time.

The private pool is open for heating, available at an additional fee. The rate is $800 per week in winter, and $450 per week in late spring. Please contact Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
