This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Gate passes are required for all vehicles to park at the property. One pass is already included with your stay. Additional passes are available for $19 per vehicle per week if pre-ordered. Please reach out to Concierge before your arrival if you need extras.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

All service animal requests for exception must be disclosed and screened ahead of time.

The pool is open for heating, available at an additional fee. The rate is $800 per week in winter, and $450 per week in late spring. Please contact Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
