Please be aware that wildlife populations including insects, squirrels, raccoons, deer, and black bears, which are high in the area particularly from March-October. We kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, lock your car, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Essential services such as lawn care, snow removal, and pest control may take place during your stay. These visits are brief and focus on exterior areas only; providers will not enter the home unless absolutely necessary and with advanced notice given.

If you are planning a stay with us during the winter months, we require guests to arrive in a AWD or 4WD vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be icy or snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule (6 persons). Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

We ask that parents keep an eye on all children inside and outside the house for safety and to avoid any damages.
