Two separate bedrooms open right up to the private pool and hot tub. Town is a mere 5 minutes away in the property's Tesla, while Windham, Hunter and Catamount mountains are all within 30 minutes. If you desire, our Concierge can also arrange a private chef to come to the home.

Please note, the desk setups are only compatible with laptops that have a thunderbolt port.
Before you book Wander Hudson Woods
Smart Home Technology : At the time, the only smart-home controls here are for temperature and music via a provided iPad until the end of September when the full smart-home conversion will be complete.
Seasonal Pool : This Wander has a pool that is operational from May to October. The hot tub is year-round. With direct access to from every door of the house, children cannot be left unattended. To maintain health and cleanliness, the hot tub and pool are cleaned Monday and Thursday from 3-4 pm. If you would rather not have them cleaned during your stay, let Concierge know.
Getting there : The nearest airports are Stewart (SWF) or Albany (ALB). Flying into NYC airports (EWR, JFK, LGA) and making the ~2 hour drive up or taking Amtrak to Rhinecliff station is an alternative option. Wander Concierge is available 24/7 to assist.
Cell service : You may experience cell service disruptions in this region of New York. Please be sure to screenshot the entry details and WiFi password provided in the check-in email sent 72 hours ahead of your trip to ensure you have no issues at arrival.

Wander is perfect for those who love adventure, new experiences and technology. We find homes in the most inspiring of locations, which means that our properties can be a bit off-the-beaten-path, with some even positioned on high cliffs or up a steep drive. We take pride in the fact that our homes are equipped with the latest in smart home technology, but understand not everyone may be as excited about and comfortable with those functionalities as we are. Please be sure to read through our policies and each home's description thoroughly to ensure that Wander and the property that you are booking is right for you and your party. Our Concierge is also available by text to answer any questions.
There is a 3-night minimum stay for all Wander homes. We only accept 1 or 2-night bookings if there is a gap between existing bookings. You should be able to do that in-app automatically in those situations!
Smart Home Controls (In Beta)
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the Wander app. Please note the Smart Home Controls are in Beta and we appreciate you booking during the beta period. The home's lock and lights will be available in the app, and we are constantly adding improvements to the functionality. Our Wander Concierge will support over text but if you aren't comfortable using tech, it may not be an enjoyable experience.
If it is more than 14 days before your check-in date: you can freely move your stay, or receive Wander credits of the full value of your trip which you can spend on any future stay at any Wander property. If it is less than 14 days before your check-in date: you can no longer move your trip. We will re-list your dates and attempt to re-book them. If we are successful, you will receive Wander credit for whatever dates we are able to re-book. We allow you to re-sell or gift your dates if you have a colleague or friend who can make them. In this case, just let Concierge know their name and email. By booking, you agree and understand Wander does not give refunds, only credits under the stated conditions.
