Located in a cul-de-sac inside Wild Dunes, beach access is so easy at 12 Dunecrest Lane. Sand and surf are merely one house away, and the beach path is ideally positioned just across the end of the driveway. Within a two-minute walk, you will be ready to take a seat in your beach chair while the kids hit the waves. When it is time for a break, the private pool and sun deck with a lounging area are a perfect alternative to the beach. 12 Dunecrest Lane even has a table feature inside the pool, so you can sit on a stool underwater and play cards, have lunch, or have a cool drink while you enjoy the refreshing water. The interior of 12 Dunecrest Lane Lane features two living levels. With an inverted floor plan, the living room, dining area, sunroom, and master bedroom are all located on the second level of the home. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, and wet bar, and features the latest in electronics with a large flat-screen television. The living room opens into the sunroom that offers views of ancient oaks looking towards the ocean. It’s a chef’s kitchen with heart pine floors, granite countertops, wonderful appliances, and a kitchen bar. The master suite boasts a large bath, whirlpool tub, deck, and separate office space. A king bed is located in the master suite. The first level features three bedrooms with two full baths. The first has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two double beds as well as a day bed with a trundle. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Finally, the first level features a television room with oversized chairs. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the home's pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - Driveway accommodates 4 cars. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass.
