Sand and surf are merely one house away, and the beach path is ideally positioned just across the end of the driveway. Within a two-minute walk, you will be ready to take a seat in your beach chair while the kids hit the waves. When it is time for a break, the private pool and sun deck with a lounging area are a perfect alternative to the beach. 12 Dunecrest Lane even has a table feature inside the pool, so you can sit on a stool underwater and play cards, have lunch, or have a cool drink while you enjoy the refreshing water.
The interior of 12 Dunecrest Lane Lane features two living levels. With an inverted floor plan, the living room, dining area, sunroom, and master bedroom are all located on the second level of the home. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch, and wet bar, and features the latest in electronics with a large flat-screen television. The living room opens into the sunroom that offers views of ancient oaks looking towards the ocean. It’s a chef’s kitchen with heart pine floors, granite countertops, wonderful appliances, and a kitchen bar. The master suite boasts a large bath, whirlpool tub, deck, and separate office space. A king bed is located in the master suite.
The home offers four comfortable bedrooms designed to suit a variety of group stays. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
