Beach access is easy at 73 Grand Pavilion. Located in the core of Wild Dunes, a paved sidewalk is located just behind the home leading your family down to the beach. Within two minutes, you will be walking through the sea grass covered dunes leading you to a terrific sandy beach. Another 25 yards just down the beach you will discover the Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion that features two oceanfront swimming pools, a beach café, beach bar, ice cream shop, beach shop, and live entertainment during prime seasons. The Boardwalk at the Grand Pavilion is a fantastic oasis and lots of fun.73 Grand Pavilion is in the perfect location and just a few minute walk away from the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, shopping, an outdoor basketball court, children’s playground and several restaurants. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Fireplaces are not for guest use.- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.Parking Details:- Parking for 3 cars. All cars must be in the driveway or garage.- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
