Located on the second row, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms, over 3000 square feet, ocean views, a private pool, spa and is directly across from the path to the Island’s beautiful beach. The backyard oasis provides privacy and the perfect place to play or relax in the huge 15’ by 31’ custom private pool and spa. The outdoor cabana with a built -in grill, outside fridge and sink is your outdoor kitchen. Outdoor living at its best can be found on two elevated decks in front of the home and one in back, each furnished with comfortable seating and an oversized swing. Sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at 3001 Palm Boulevard are fantastic!Everything in 3001 Palm Boulevard has been updated. The main floor of the home welcomes you to an open floor plan. The dining area and kitchen are on one side with the main living room and den on the other. The dining room table is large and can seat twelve with two extra seats available at the kitchen island. The living room and den features all updated furniture and decor. The den is highlighted with a 65” flat screen television, sound system and fireplace.Step into the Chef’s dream kitchen and you will find top of the line custom cabinets, Vetrostone countertops made with oyster shells and glass accents. Appliances include a Thermodor cooktop, double ovens, warming drawer and wine cooler.Upstairs, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms. Three bedrooms, including the master, are highlighted with a king bed and direct access to the upper deck that has ocean views. If multiple families or friends are traveling together, the master bedroom is perfectly designed with direct access to the kids’ room. With two full beds, the kids’ room and master bedroom are attached and share a common space. The only access to the kids' room is through the master bedroom.
