The dining area and kitchen are on one side with the main living room and den on the other. The dining room table is large and can seat twelve with two extra seats available at the kitchen island. The living room and den features all updated furniture and decor. The den is highlighted with a 65” flat screen television, sound system and fireplace.Step into the Chef’s dream kitchen and you will find top of the line custom cabinets, Vetrostone countertops made with oyster shells and glass accents. Appliances include a Thermodor cooktop, double ovens, warming drawer and wine cooler.Upstairs, 3001 Palm Boulevard features five bedrooms. Three bedrooms, including the master, are highlighted with a king bed and direct access to the upper deck that has ocean views. With two full beds, the kids’ room and master bedroom are attached and share a common space. The only access to the kids' room is through the master bedroom.
