Sitting on the second row of the exclusive staggered oceanfront lots within Kiawah's Vanderhorst Plantation, 52 Surfsong is one of the islands most desired homes. With immaculate ocean views from the upper floors of the home, the Atlantic ocean awaits just a short 100 yard walk down the private beach boardwalk.
With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this home is perfect for multiple families, a reunion, or a week spent together with friends. Some of the main features include: an updated kitchen, three living areas, a fully-furnished screened in porch, direct beach access, and of course, some of the most gorgeous ocean views of the Atlantic Ocean. It's all about location with this one!
The first level of the home consists of one bedroom and bathroom, the main kitchen, living room, TV room, dining room, and laundry room. There are two porches, one screened porch and one open deck. The open concept floor plan makes it easy to enjoy spending time together throughout the home, but also have enough space to relax. The kitchen is upgraded with stainless appliances and an immaculate Wolf eight-burner gas range with double ovens. There are two living areas on the main floor, with the first opening to the kitchen and dining area. The second living room is separated by French doors, perfect to have a movie night on the big screen TV and comfortable leather couch. The first bedroom on this level (Bedroom #1) has two twin beds and a semi-private bathroom that does open up into the bedroom and hall.
The second level of the home is a half level, only about 5 stairs up, and consists of the master suite with king bed (Bedroom #2) and a guest bedroom with a queen bed (Bedroom #3). Both have private bathrooms.
Moving to the third level of the home, there are two more bedrooms. To the left of the hallway, there is a king bedroom (Bedroom #4) with a private bathroom. In the middle of the hallway, there is a bedroom with two full beds (Bedroom #5) and an private bathroom.
The fourth level of the home is comprised of a bedroom, a living area with sleeper sofa, convenient loft with extra beds, and access to the open air deck. The bedroom on this level (Bedroom #6) consists of twin sized bunk beds and a shared bathroom with hall access. The third living room area provides a wonderful space to hang out with amazing ocean views. The couch does pull out into a sleeper sofa, so you can wake up to views of the rolling waves and sandy beach. There is also a TV with an Xbox gaming console. The open air deck is perfect to take in the salty air and fresh breeze.
The TVs are either Smart TVs or equipped with a Firestick, and a standard cable package.
