Upon arrival, you are greeted by a grand courtyard leading to an expansive patio and outdoor dining/grilling area. On the lower entry level, an enclosed porch and sitting room features a wet bar, dining table, couch and TV and is the perfect spot for entertaining guests on warm summer days.
From the covered entryway, you can enter the home up the natural stone steps into the spacious open layout of the great room. This communal space room is enhanced by modern, comfortable furnishings and design elements include high ceilings, detailed trim work, farmhouse doors, beautiful wood and stone floors, and exquisitely appointed furnishings.. The two window alcoves are special areas for reading or enjoying the natural light. One of the best features of this open communal space is that it's ideal for spending time with friends and family. The dining table with upholstered chairs seats eight guests. The gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, and granite counter tops is a chef's delight. The large central island features four additional bar stools for extra patrons.
The first floor master bedroom (Bedroom #1), just off the kitchen area, features a king size bed. Luxury extends to the master bathroom with a floor to ceiling tiled walk-in shower and double sink vanity with abundant storage. Upstairs are three guest suites: one contains a king size bed (Bedroom #2) and the other two bedrooms each feature a queen size bed (Bedroom #3 and #4). Designed for comfort, each bedroom has a private bath and cozy furnishings, and the first three bedrooms have a TV.
