The main level hosts a serene bedroom with a king bed and a semi-private bath. Upstairs, the second bedroom also offers a king bed, with a convenient hallway sofabed for additional guests. An improvement project to replace the east stair tower at Windswept Building 4 (units 4437–4465) will take place from January– mid May 2026. Daytime construction activity may be noticeable nearby, though no work will occur inside the unit.
During the off season months, many regimes and complexes complete renovation projects, general maintenance, and building repairs. If there are concerns about how any nearby work might impact your vacation, please inquire with our team as schedules can vary weekly by scale and area.
