Step inside this immaculate five bedroom estate on Kiawah Island - meticulously maintained and located on a highly coveted and sought-after street in the prestigious Vanderhorst Plantation community. Surrounded by live oaks and palmetto trees, this home offers privacy, nature, and the convenience of a 7-8 minute walk to our pristine beaches.
Arrive to a large southern-style porch with rocking chairs that offer a view of the Turtle Point golf course 12th green. Step inside to the first floor where you'll find the expansive living area, with a 55 inch TV, sectional couch, and access to the back patio. Step through to the dining space, which offers seating for eight. This connects to the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen, well stocked for cooking if you have a chef in the family and featuring commercial-grade appliances like the SubZero refrigerator and Wolf gas range. An office space with desk can be found just off of the kitchen.
Also on the first level is the primary king suite and bathroom, complete with a gorgeous soaking tub, his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and a separate make-up vanity with seating. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. There is a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, one queen bedroom with private bathroom, a room with two full-size beds, and another queen bedroom - the latter two sharing a bathroom.
The outside oasis is a space sure to be a family-favorite. The private saltwater pool is the perfect place to gather in-between beach sessions. Lay in the sun on the surrounding lounge chairs, or spend time on the screened porch when you're in need of a little shade. The grill on the back deck offers even more options for home-cooked meals. The pool is also available to be heated for a fee, just contact our team to arrange!
