Thoughtfully designed and decorated, this lovely updated home is perfect for shared vacations. Uniquely situated on the cul-de-sac and peninsula of Silver Moss, this home has magnificent views of wildlife, the lagoon, and the Turtle Point golf course. This home is located in the back half of the island in the historic Vanderhorst Plantation. A relaxing, private neighborhood pool is just moments away, and the beach can be found five minutes from the rear of the home.
Upon entering the home, a bright and open floor plan greets you with a coastal feel. The home has updates such as new carpet, bedding, decor and furniture. The updated kitchen and several porches make this home very comfortable. There is a living room with assorted seating and an adjacent dining area that seats eight. This home provides many decks and porches to engulf yourself in the Kiawah nature and sounds. You'll be sure to hear the herons crooning across the lagoon.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with King beds and en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs featuring king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and their own large porches. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. Additionally, there is a gas grill on the side open porch.
