This seven-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with wonderful amenities, easy beach access, and a private swimming pool built right into the deck (25x13)! The private swimming pool offers an indulgent break from the beach. The kids will have a tough time choosing between the sun, sand, and sea offered at the beach and the private pool that is three steps outside of the patio door. When the crew is ready to hit the beach, the walk is easy with 913 Carolina Boulevard being only one block away from the sand and surf! The walk is made even easier with the city-maintained beach access path. Even better, the Isle of Palms business district is an easy stroll from the house where your family will find restaurants, shopping, and ice cream shops. A private swimming pool, ocean views from the rooftop cocktail terrace, a sun deck, and a quick walk to the beach, all make 913 Carolina Boulevard the perfect spot to throw out your anchor for your next Island vacation!
The home features three levels with a reverse floor plan featuring the living area and kitchen upstairs. The home blends rich materials, inviting furnishings, a tranquil color scheme, and interesting accents for a fun beach house. Enjoy the light through the plantation shutter-covered windows, the Brazilian cherry floors, and the beach board paneling that can be found in the home. The living room is spacious with a 16ft cathedral ceiling, two large sofas, comfortable chairs, and a large flat-screen television. With extra seating from four counter stools, the dining area can accommodate seating for 16. Black granite counter surface, accent maple cabinets, generous size refrigerator, ice maker, and stainless-steel appliances are featured in the kitchen. With bedding for 14, 913 Carolina Boulevard is equipped to handle sleeping arrangements for your entire family plus friends! Each of the seven bedrooms is tastefully decorated with colorful accents and features a flat-screen television.
The third floor features a king bedroom with a private bath that has a jacuzzi and shower. Another bedroom is featured on the third floor which is perfect for kids. It is a small bedroom and ideal for younger children whose parents are staying in the king bedroom. The living room, dining area, and kitchen can be found on the third floor. The second floor has the remaining five bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature a king bed, two feature a queen bed, and the final bedroom has two sets of bunks (four twin beds). There are three full bathrooms on the second floor. Your family will be able to access the pool deck from the second level. The first floor is a lot of fun with a game room, full bath, and a garage.
The Front Beach, Isle of Palms is a short walk from 913 Carolina Boulevard. The Front Beach features restaurants, shopping, and places to enjoy a drink on the Island. Some of our favorite restaurants include Sea Biscuit for breakfast and lunch, Acme Lowcountry Grill, and the famous Windjammer home to the famous Darius Rucker and Hootie and Blowfish. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only a 15-minute drive away!
