Welcome to #19 on 21st Avenue on the Isle of Palms! Built in 2019, this incredible 6 bedroom Isle of Palms home is a 3400 square foot gem! With two large living areas and spacious bedrooms that comfortable sleeps 12 guests, it's ideal for large groups or multiple families looking for their next Charleston beach getaway. Spend your afternoons in lounging on the deck by the private pool or your evenings grilling, dining and enjoying time with family & friends on one of the numerous porches and patios. Best of all, it's one of the best locations on the island. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach or an easy two block stroll over to the grocery store and local restaurants!
Bedrooms feature over-size closets and an abundance of drawer space. The kitchen is amazing and comes fully stocked with high quality appliances, a 6 burner gas range, custom quartz countertops and an abundance of cookware, dining, and glassware. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counters add to the cook's kitchen feel. An open kitchen adjoins the dining area that seats 10 guests for dinner. An expansive kitchen island adds 4 bar stools for an additional dining option.
The covered deck is accessible off the kitchen/dining area and features a long table seating up to 12 guests. You can also lounge on the outdoor sectional sofa that overlooks the backyard. The pool ranges from 3-5 ft deep and has 6 lounge chairs for relaxing in the sunshine. An enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand after coming back from the beach! BBQ cookouts are ready whenever you are! A gas grill and picnic table are conveniently located under the porch area just off the pool deck.
And for those feeling competitive, try your hand on the putting green!
There is parking for 2 cars under the house and an additional 4 cars can park in the driveway, for a total of 6 cars. The beach is located a 3-minute walk away, and Historic Charleston is a short 25 minutes drive from the house.
Minimum stays requirements vary for time of year. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Elevator service is provided with a modern gateless door that services all 3 levels from ground to the 2nd floor. Exterior access buttons are placed high to protect small children from accessing the elevator cab. House exceeds all safety standards for rental homes.
There are TVs located in the living room areas which are Smart TVs with streaming access (no cable).

Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM. No more than 12 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes. Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.
