Located on a corner lot, #13 on 57th Avenue is on a quiet, neighborhood street directly across from the beach. Beach access is so easy on the community beach boardwalk, just 25 yards from the house. Better yet, you do not need to leave the house to have ocean views. With the reverse floor plan, both the pool deck and rooftop deck provide ocean views. Exterior living is at its best at “Isle be back” with large decks on the second and third floors. Finally, the private pool is truly unique. Located just off the living room, on the 2nd floor of the home, your family will feel like they are swimming in the air, in the trees!
The interior of #13 on 57th was professionally designed to highlight the beauty of the Island life, while providing nearly 4,500 square feet of living space. Often, a vacation home will feature five or six bedrooms and one living space, which does not have room for everyone. That is definitely not the case at “Isle be back” which features five different areas in the home where family members can gather. The living room, located on the second level, is spacious with comfortable seating. Also located on the second level, is a cozy sitting room. Finally, this floor has a sitting area in the master bedroom that features a sofa and plush chairs centered around a flat-screen television. On the third level, there is a game room, which features a large screen television, foosball, sofa, wet bar, and oversized chairs plus a half bath. Finally, on the first floor, there is a perfect nook for reading.
Adjacent to the living room is the large chef’s kitchen. Dacor oven and microwave, high-end refrigerator and gas range, wine cooler, wet bar, and freestanding ice maker are just some of the items that make this kitchen so special. The dining room table can seat 12 plus 4 additional seats available on the kitchen island.
Ideally located adjacent to the Wild Dunes community. With two public golf courses and five restaurants, your family will be able to walk to many of Wild Dune's best amenities. A full-service grocery store and shopping are within a five-minute drive from the home on the Island. The Isle of Palms Marina is also close and offers kayak and boat rentals, fishing charters, dining, and wildlife tours. Finally, the Isle of Palms Recreation Center is an easy drive or bike ride from the house. It features a terrific playground for the kids, tennis, workout room, and basketball courts.
