Offering plenty of comfortable seating and oceanfront views, the private Summer House pool is a perfect first stop for your family. When it is time to hit the sand, you will find that the Summer House Beach is one of the widest in Charleston with plenty of room for your family to set up camp with your beach chairs, tents, bocci games, and cornhole. When you are ready for lunch or dinner, you will find that 504 Summerhouse has a wonderful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and hard surfaces. The kids might want to eat their sandwiches at the kitchen bar or the entire family can gather around the dining room table that seats six. The living room offers wide plank hardwood floors, a sisal rug, and bright colors. When night falls and the Sullivan's Island Lighthouse is hard at work, you will find comfort and safety in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, hardwood floors, oceanfront views, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is bright with a new king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are two parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival. --- Room Configurations are as follows: Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Living Room: Sleeper sofa --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
