With its inverted floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the house. To the North, you will find two bedrooms. The first features two twin beds, a private bath with tub, and direct access to the front deck. A second master bedroom is located to the North side of the house highlighted with a king bed, a huge bath with an awesome shower, and direct access to the back deck. To the South, two additional bedrooms can be found. Another master bedroom with a king bed, large private bath, and direct access to the back deck is located on the South side. Finally, a queen bedroom is on the South side that features a private bath with tub and direct access to the front deck. A bonus feature on the first floor is a sitting area, perfect for the kids to catch the latest movie. The upper level of 5 on 32nd features the warm and inviting living areas. Your family will enjoy the wonderful leather sofas, comfortable seating, and large dining room table with seating for eight.
