This gorgeous 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home is ready to welcome you for a once-in-a-lifetime beach escape. Just one block to the beach, it has all you need to make wonderful memories on the Isle of Palms. It features two living rooms, a fully renovated kitchen with new appliances, and the backyard is an oasis!
Entering the home, you'll notice the reverse floor plan, which features a living room and four bedrooms on the first level. To the right of the entryway, you'll find the first bedroom with a queen bed (Bedroom #1). Just down the hall, there is a second bedroom with a bunk bed (Bedroom #2), which features one double bed with seating underneath. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed (Bedroom #3) and the fourth bedroom contains two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds (Bedroom #4). Each of these bedrooms will have a private bathroom and TV. The laundry room is also in the hallway of the first floor.
Head upstairs to enjoy the main floor of the home. The stairway opens into an expansive open great room with high ceilings and large windows. This spot is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The dining area includes a large table with seating for 10 guests as well as additional stools at the kitchen counter for extra space. You might also choose to enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table on the porch. The kitchen itself is designed for large groups with ample counter space and brand new stainless steel appliances, including double ovens. Relax on the wrap around porches on either level of the home, taking in the sunshine and glorious breeze.
The remaining two bedrooms are on this second floor, or main level. The master bedroom (Bedroom #5) features a king bed, private balcony, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The final bedroom (Bedroom #6) contains a queen size bed and has access to a shared hall bathroom.
One of the most special aspects of the property is the backyard. Family and friends will want to spend hours lounging by the pool and playing games. There is a fun outdoor bar area and couches to relax in. It makes for perfect evening chats, outside dining and grilling, or simply to enjoy the amazing nature surrounding the house. A new half bathroom has been added off the garage for easy access from the pool area.
