Oyster Row 19 has recently been renovated and is beautifully furnished featuring three bedrooms and three full baths in an open airy floor plan. A vaulted ceiling, tall windows and huge glass door allow the Carolina sun and ancient oaks to accent the living space that features all new furnishings and a large flat screen television. The kitchen is highlighted with all new appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and opens to the living area. Each bedroom offers a peaceful night with style and comfort. The master bedroom features a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Two queen beds are featured in the guest bedroom, and also feature a newly renovated private bathroom. Finally, the kid’s room is highlighted with two twin beds, and a bathroom that has direct access from both the hall and bedroom. The screen porch that runs half the length of the home has a comfortable outdoor seating area, plus it offers space for the entire family to dine outside. A new gas grilling station is perfect and is located on the back deck overlooking the lake and golf course. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. *Parking Details:* - There are three parking spots available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
