Updated powder room comes with granite counters. First floor Master includes king bed, ceiling fan, 2 closets, and newly renovated en suite bath with granite. Screened porch with ceiling fan can be reached from master or kitchen. New expanded deck overlooks lagoon. Living room, solarium, and master all have HGTVs. There is dedicated internet with WIFI. Home has 2 zone heat/air. Second level has 2 more charming bedrooms with ceiling fans and new HDTVs. Front bedroom has queen bed. Back bedroom has twin beds and opens to deck overlooking lagoon. Washer and dryer are on this level. Newly updated hall bath with granite. All bedrooms have new carpet and are freshly painted.
