Wander Pioneertown Ranch

While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Pioneertown. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

The desert is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, snakes, spiders, insects, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

We do not require but recommend arriving in an AWD or 4WD, as there is approximately 3.4 miles of dirt roads leading to the property. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This Wander is completely off grid and powered by the sun. It is best to conserve energy as much as possible, but we do have a backup generator that will kick in automatically should power run low.

It is important that all members of your party practice water conservation to the best of their abilities.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this Wander.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

With advanced notice and team approval, you may invite up to 2 outside vendors to perform services at the property.

Additional Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom is available upon request for an additional fee of $250 per day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the bedroom prepared. Otherwise, only the upstairs bedroom will be accessible.

The pool is available year-round and is not heated.
