Elevator Note: This property features a residential elevator for occasional adult use. It is not ADA-compliant and should not be relied upon by guests with mobility needs, so stairs will still be necessary to access the home. For safety, use by children or for recreational purposes is strictly prohibited. Elevators are sensitive systems and may stop functioning due to weather events (such as flooding, power outages, or high winds), overloading, user error, or safety mechanism triggers. Repairs must be performed by licensed third-party vendors and may not be available on short notice, resulting in extended downtime. While our team makes every effort to keep the elevator operational, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. The presence of an elevator does not affect rental rates; therefore, no refunds, discounts, or other compensation will be provided if it becomes unavailable. Pool Note: Please note that water temperature can vary with outdoor conditions, and during colder winter months, the pool may not always reach a comfortable temperature even while the heater is working. Our team services pools regularly and will assist promptly if an issue arises, though refunds or discounts can't be offered for temporary downtime or cooler-than-expected water temperatures. For safety, children should always be supervised while using the pool. Hot Tub Note: While every effort is made to maintain hot tubs in clean and working condition, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Mechanical malfunctions, scheduled maintenance, or necessary water treatments may render the hot tub temporarily unavailable.
