The main level features one of two primary suites, complete with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and direct deck access where marsh breezes and scenic vistas await. Upstairs, an additional king suite boasts its own enclosed porch overlooking the marsh, while the remaining bedrooms offer ample space for family and friends. Outside, enjoy the quiet Lowcountry ambiance. You can grill out while watching the passing wildlife. Also take advantage of Seabrook Island Club amenity access, including oceanfront pools, championship golf, tennis and pickleball, and pristine beaches just a short drive or bike ride away. The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community.
