This unique landscape makes for something you won't find anywhere else in the world.
A reverse floorplan offers the perfect layout to enjoy the surroundings. On the top floor you'll find an expansive great room with high ceilings, elegant design, and beautiful artwork. Large windows and doors flood the space with natural light and views of the stunning scenery, and lead out onto a large balcony with seating to enjoy a meal, or your evening glass of wine with a saltwater breeze. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts beautiful craftsmanship and appliances. An additional TV overlooks the kitchen and dining space to offer some entertainment while you cook or enjoy a meal. An additional seating area with panoramic windows is located off of the dining area. The perfect place to cozy up with a book in your downtime.
The first bedroom is located on the third floor as well. A luxurious master king bedroom (Bedroom 1) with en-suite bathroom and plenty of light. The en-suite hosts a double vanity and a large soaking tub, perfect for a warm bath after a long day of adventure. Take the stairs down to the second level, where you'll find the three additional bedrooms, plus a bonus sleeping room. These include two queen suites (Bedrooms 2 & 3), a bedroom with two twins (Bedroom 4) and an en-suite bath, and a bonus sleeping room with a twin daybed & trundle and easy access to the hall bathroom. Also on the second floor you'll find another living space and a wet bar, for ample convenience and comfort of the group. This space has access to the second floor balcony with additional outdoor seating. The ground floor is comprised of a large garage space - a great place to store any of your beach equipment. This is where we house the golf cart that is available to rent for a fee!
