Welcome to 3012 Marsh Haven! This gorgeous 5 bedroom house has some of the most magnificent marsh views that Seabrook has to offer. Sitting right on Captain Sam's Creek, you will enjoy all of the nature this home has to offer.
Upon entering the house, you will be greeted with a southern, beach feel. Immediately to the left is the formal dining room with seating for 8 guests and to the right is the living room area with a flat screen TV. These rooms each lead into the fully renovated kitchen with contains upgraded stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.. The kitchen space is perfect for entertaining with large windows, an additional dining table for 4, and a small sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a half bathroom for guests, located just off the entry hall.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, which includes a King bed, TV, private bathroom, and porch access. The screened in porch offers great nature views, and the open air, multi-level decks are perfect to take in the fresh air.
The other four bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the home. Three of the rooms have queen-sized bedrooms, while the last bedroom has a set of twin beds. There are also two bathrooms located on this level. One of the queen bedrooms has a private bathroom, and the other three bedrooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with private smart TVs. The owner has provided two pairs of bed rails for anybody traveling with small kids that may need some extra support.
There is a basement area in the home complete with a 5-in-1 activity table including air hockey, foosball, and pool. You'll also find a beach wagon, a bike, two beach chairs and an umbrella, and toys for the kids!
With access to many Seabrook Island resort amenities, and a short walk to the crabbing dock, it's the perfect island location. Bring your whole family to come enjoy this Seabrook Island gem!

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
