Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Portions of this home are currently undergoing exterior repairs; however, there will be no active work during your stay.

You may notice some construction materials around the property, including near the outdoor tub area, but the home itself will be private and available for your use.

Please note that nearby properties are also under construction, and there may be occasional noise or activity from those projects during the day.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. The maximum occupancy in the daytime is 15 guests. The maximum occupancy in the nighttime is 10 guests. In addition, only 4 cars may be parked at the home at all times. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.
