Wander Yucca Valley Haven

While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Pioneer Town. We recommend taking note of the navigation directions, WiFi password, and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

Please be aware that there is active wildlife in the area, including garden snakes, which are commonly seen on the property. While these snakes are generally harmless, guests who feel uncomfortable or require assistance can contact Animal Control, which will dispatch help free of charge as soon as possible.

Wander Yucca Valley Haven is located in a community with monitored noise levels. If a complaint results in a violation issued by San Bernardino County, the guest responsible will be charged a $3,000 fee. Please keep music at a reasonable volume, including when using the Sonos system, to avoid disturbing neighbors.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Notice on Outdoor Lights
In compliance with the County’s Light Trespass Ordinance, all outdoor lighting, including porch, driveway, garage, and string lights, must be turned off by 11 PM. This helps protect the night sky and maintain neighborhood harmony.

Please note that fines of up to $2,000 may be issued for violations and will be charged to the guest.

Pool
The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $180/day. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Hot Tub
The hot tub can be heated for an additional fee of $50 per day in the summer and $100/day in the winter. Please inform Concierge in advance if you would like the hot tub heated during your stay.
