Get Your Virtual Key

Hi there!

Thank you for booking a Wander Home. If you booked through the Wander app, your trip is already viewable on the app. If you booked through another platform, follow these steps to get your virtual key and home guide.

To get your virtual key for your trip:

1) Download the Wander app

2) Make an account

3) Text Wander Concierge at +1-737-377-3205 or go to the Concierge tab on the app to have them add your trip to your account.

Once you see your trip in the Wander app, you can access all the details of your booking including the home manual, access codes, and passwords. Additionally, you will find recommendations for activities and dining options to enhance your overall experience!

4) Have multiple people staying with you who need access? Let Concierge know you'd like guests added to your trip.

You'll be all set and able to use unlock the home from the app at 4 pm on your check-in date.
