In this role, you’ll combine your analytical expertise with a deep understanding of market dynamics to shape how we price our homes, optimize revenue, and deliver exceptional value to our guests.
You’ll work closely with the data engineering team to access and structure pricing datasets and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies. Ideal candidates have experience with SQL, a sharp commercial instinct, and a background in pricing or revenue management - especially within hospitality, travel, or accommodation platforms.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, finance, and product - perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems with data and insight.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain dynamic pricing strategies that respond to real-time supply, demand, seasonality, and booking trends.
Leverage SQL and internal data systems to analyze pricing performance across properties and markets.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to automate data pipelines and build scalable pricing tools.
Conduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and occupancy forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
Monitor key pricing and revenue KPIs, reporting trends and actionable insights to leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Finance) to align pricing with broader business goals.
Continuously test, refine, and optimize pricing logic based on performance and external trends.
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or business analytics, ideally in the hotel, travel, or vacation rental space.
Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; ability to build, test, and validate pricing models.
Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Experience with BI tools and familiarity with experimentation or A/B testing.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points for:
Prior experience at a hotel chain, OTA, or short-term rental platform in a pricing/revenue function.
Understanding of rate parity, booking windows, and hospitality pricing levers.
Passion for travel, real estate, or shaping the future of luxury hospitality.
