You're the mission control for getting homes live on-site — fast. No day looks the same. The clock is not our friend — when a home signs, it’s go-time.
You’ll be:
Syncing with property management software (PMS) integrations (think: Hostfully, Streamline, Track, Escapia, etc.)
Importing existing reservations and checking data integrity
Coordinating across departments (engineering, ops, revenue, design)
Setting up listing content (descriptions, pricing, images) and going live — quickly and cleanly
Sometimes it’s straightforward. 99% of the time, it’s not. You’ll troubleshoot tech issues, dig through data mismatches, and get things done anyway. You need to be the kind of person who doesn’t flinch when stuff gets messy — you get curious.

This is for someone who:
Doesn’t need hand-holding
Works with urgency
Loves making order out of chaos
Knows how to rally the team to ship
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
2–4 years in a fast-paced operations, onboarding, or technical support role (bonus if you’ve launched software or product onboarding before)
You’ll need to be comfortable navigating and troubleshooting:
Property Management Systems: Streamline, Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.
Listing Platforms: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com
Channel Managers: Rentals United, Beyond, PriceLabs
Internal Tools: Linear, Slack, Google Workspace
Bonus: Experience with APIs, CSV imports/exports, or Zapier-like automation tools
