Requirements:
Interest in real estate!
Speak and write English fluently
Organized with attention to detail
Comfortable with multitasking
Have your own laptop or desktop
Have access to the internet in your home
Have a gmail email
Have a smartphone and use whatsapp
Be able to research and Google answers
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication skills and a sales background is a plus
Familiar with updating relevant spreadsheets and documents
Experience in residential real estate
Experience with cold contacting
We’ll train you if you do not have certain preferred skills!
A day on the job:
Assist our acquisitions team in sourcing beautiful homes
Make initial contact with the property owners of existing short-term rentals to see if they’d be open to selling their home to add to Wander’s short-term rental portfolio.
Communicate with owners and any other necessary parties
Identify target markets that fit our portfolio and key metrics (if you’re not familiar how you’ll learn on the job)
Respond to messages from the acquisitions team
