We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our short-term vacation rental portfolio in Anna Maria, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties while ensuring a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Current primary residence in Anna Maria, Florida, or surrounding area. The role is a contracted 40-hour work week.
Guest Relations:
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
Manage a maintenance team of 2-3 along with other contractors (HVAC, pool, etc)
Legal Compliance:
Stay updated on laws and regulations
Ensure the property complies with all relevant codes and regulations
Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations
Implement safety and security measures
Can work on-site at Anna Maria homes 40 hrs per week minimally.
Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are a bonus.
At least 4 years of previous experience in property management and vacation rental management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in property management software
Excellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Quick decision-making skills
Bonus: Has experience managing homes in the Anna Maria area
This is a full-time hourly contractor position. Hourly negotiated based on experience.
