How to Check-In
Checking in soon? Here's how to do it seamlessly
Thanks for choosing Wander for your upcoming stay! We're equally excited about your upcoming stay as you are. To ensure a smooth start to your vacation or workcation, follow these steps:
Note: If you booked through our app, your trip is already visible in the trips tab.
For other platforms, download the Wander app for easy access and to manage your trip details.
Text Concierge at +1-737-377-3205 or go to the "Concierge" tab in the Wander app, and let them know your name, property, and dates so they can add your trip to your account.
Once added, you can view your trip details, including the home manual, travel guide, and local recommendations.
Bringing more guests? Let Concierge know to add them to your trip or you can invite them by going to your trip details and clicking the invite button. This will give them access to the home manual and smart home controls.
Upon Arrival
Navigate to the "Trips" tab in our app.
Look for the inviting "Check-In Now" padlock icon.
With a simple touch, your trip begins!
Once you check-in, your phone transforms into your magic key!
Troubleshooting
If you have issues with checking in, you can find the access codes in the Trips tab in the Wander App.
Enter those codes manually onto the keypad on the door.
Alternatively, you may also contact Concierge if you have trouble getting in.
