Low Tide Scent. Due to the house's location, there may occasionally be a natural scent in the air. We have scent machines in place to help minimize this, ensuring a more comfortable stay for you.

We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, you risk immediate eviction.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above (4) to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges. Additionally, parking allowance is only for 2 vehicles maximum.

At Bodega, we embrace the true essence of community living. With no apps like DoorDash, Instacart, or Uber available, we focus on offering a personal, hands-on experience.

When you visit, you'll enjoy a unique shopping experience—take your items with you right away or shop directly at the local market for the freshest goods. It's the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the local vibe and support nearby businesses.

This is a pet-friendly home. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Please read up on the Wander Rules page for more information on our pet policies.
