The property is located on a gravel road that includes some steep sections. While AWD vehicles are not typically required, they may be helpful during bad weather conditions. Using a truck or SUV is recommended for a smoother journey.

The area is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including raccoons, deer, bears, and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Bringing bug spray outdoors is recommended.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The primary renter's minimum age to book is 21 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool at the home is not heated. It is available for swimming from May to November. For interested guests, a hot tub is available year-round.
