Guests love the cedar soaking tub, fire pit and vinyl record player with great sound. They praise the secluded yard and short trail to the creek, spotlessly clean modern home, and super responsive hosts, plus its pet and family friendly layout.
There is poor cell coverage in the area. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.
If you are planning a stay with us during winter, we strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be icy or snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
Road Safety
Please supervise dogs and children near the main road in front of the house. While it’s not heavily trafficked, caution is still advised. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Additionally, please note that neighboring properties may have dogs.

Do not trespass onto neighboring properties on either side of the home. The property extends down to the creek and is clearly marked.
No Hunting
Hunting and the use of firearms are strictly prohibited on the property.
